This is a great book if you want to start learning one of the most important and common programming languages today.Book is pretty short, but it covers all the essentials that you need to start. The author explains everything in a clear and concise manner, with plenty of examples. He even guides you step-by-step through writing your first small, basic program. That is very cool, it was a great feeling when I managed to do that.Anyway, if you are looking where to start with learning C and the options seem overwhelming, just pick this book up and start from the beginning. It won't make a programming superstar out of you, but everyone has to start somewhere.
I really want to learn programming so I keep on getting these kinds of books. And among my all books I have read, this is the shortest as far I can remember. However, its shortness did not interfere from gaining new knowledge and each account is clear and easy to follow. Also, it is comprehensive enough and you will know the general things. I would love to try this kind of programming.

I was excited when I started reading this book. It is my first lesson on programming and I finally started it. I feel great about this book giving me the essentials of C Programming. There is also room for development as I feel that they should do more exlaining with some more examples and maybe illustrations too.
This book offers actually a lot of information about C# and Programming, the author did a great job of providing these information in just 1 book since C language is a broad field to learn about. You can flip each page and be able to understand what's programming and how it works. However, this book is intended for beginners Java is a complicated, yet so fun to learn. But it would be really a great accomplishment for all can learn about it earlier, so I think I can share this book to my friends who also wants to improve his skills in programming. This book also helped to develop apps as well. In short this book is really amazing and highly recommended to all.
I am not the brightest when it comees to coding. I found that this book was very simple and straightforward for what I needed to know. I signed on for a class and began to read the textbook material and found that it was not easy. Looking for a book that explains things in a simple manner is not easy as many of the books assume you have a background in programming. Now I feel confident that I can move forward with the class. I may not be able to do so in a manner that is soaring and stellar at first, but with the help of this book I can begin.

This book was a great find because while packed full of information it is set up for a beginner – like myself. With step by step instructions on what computer language consists of and how to execute this language, this book has everything to get you started. I definitely will be reading this book again and definitely recommend it.
